The Brewing For Equity Fellowship is created by the Coffee Coalition for Racial Equity to support and elevate underrepresented voices across the coffee value chain.
Through curated learning, mentorship and global exposure, Fellows gain the knowledge and leadership capacity to grow within the industry and create lasting impact.

Virtual cohort-based development with facilitators, guest industry leaders, and peer-led discussions.
SESSIONS
Immersive convening that build community and relationships between the Fellows that outlast the fellowship year.

Up to one week inside a coffee or industry related company — real work, real mentorship, real industry access.

Fellows can choose to attend the AFCA conference in an African coffee-producing country — connecting with producers and leaders at origin.
